Is the platform really free to use?

Absolutely. You’ll be able to book low-cost travel and use most of our tools without paying a fee. If you need advanced features, like customised reporting, multiple admins or our nifty carbon emissions tracker, we offer a range of packages and bolt-ons. Get in touch for more details. 

Which travel providers do you work with?

Too many to list here! We work with a small number of the travel industry’s biggest aggregators, which, in simple terms, means you get access to the best prices from more than 400 airlines and over a million hotels worldwide. Plus all major car rental companies across the globe. AND the best UK rail fares.

Is your travel really as cheap as other providers?

Yes! You’ll see that our prices are equal to, and in many cases lower than, the leading providers. That’s because we make our money from the hotels, the car rental companies and the rail ticket providers. For flights, we have access to strategic partnerships with airlines that lower our costs. That means we’re often cheaper than going direct to the airlines.

How can I spend my points?

This is the fun part! You can choose from virtual gift cards for some big-brand retailers, including Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Amazon, Starbucks, Ticketmaster and Argos. Or opt to convert points into charitable donations. Or, your company could choose to set up its own reward scheme, with prizes for the biggest savers or incentives like extra annual leave. It’s up to your business, but the possibilities are endless.

Can I use the platform as a business traveller, even if my business hasn't signed up?

Unfortunately not. At the moment, your company has to sign up. They can then allocate you as a user. If you’d like us to talk to your business travel manager, you can put them in touch with us here. We’d be happy to set up a demo.

Can I use the platform if my business is outside of the UK?

Yes! You can book travel in your native currency and use our travel management tools wherever you are based. We don’t currently offer gift cards and charitable donations outside the UK. But we can help you set up your own rewards and incentives, like grand prizes or extra annual leave. And we’re always updating, so please drop us a line if you’d like more information on the product road map.

Is there an app?

Our website is fully optimised for mobile, tablet and desktop, so you know you’ll get a simple, user-friendly experience wherever you are.

Does my team have free reign to book whatever they want?

Your team has as much freedom and flexibility as you are happy with. You can set price caps and geographical restrictions, and tailor the service to suit different teams and roles.

Can I use your platform for a wider company rewards scheme?

Yes! Some of our customers already do this. You can buy points from Ortharize and award them to users however you choose. You might be thinking about performance rewards, or sales incentives; whatever works for your business, we can make it happen.

Do you offer a white-labelled software version of the platform for travel agents and travel management companies?

What if part of my trip is personal travel?

Using our simple tagging function, you can easily label trips as personal. You can pay for those separately, using your personal credit or debit card.

How do I cancel my trip?

With the click of a button you can easily cancel entire trips, or parts of it. Just log in to your user account, select the trip or booking reference and hit ‘cancel’. If you prefer, you can talk to an Ortharize agent and they’ll cancel it for you. Check the terms of your booking through–there might be a cancellation charge that we need to pass on from a supplier.
